"Hello

 

I am writing to you to explain about the new way giving monetary donations (ie Direct Debit) within Mellor Church. I have stood up in Church and mentioned it but more info can be found below.

 

Many thanks for your continued support of our Church with your current regular monetary donation. Within Blackburn Diocese there are 34 churches already set up and using the Parish Giving Scheme (PGS) as a means of collecting donations and where applicable applying for gift aid. All donations and gift aid collected by the PGS will be sent directly to Mellor Church.

 

I have also attached a leaflet that further explains what the PGS is and has frequently asked questions.

If you complete the form before the 12th December your first payment will be 1st January 2024.

 

As you already give by direct debit to the church YOU WILL NEED TO CANCEL THIS DIRECTLY WITH YOUR BANK.
