United Benefice Magazine July 2022
Dear Friends, We are very pleased to share with you the July edition of our United Benefice magazine, along with our events posters section and magazine adverts. Thank you to everyone who has written a contribution for this edition, with special thanks to one of the younger members of our United Benefice, Samlesbury’s new Rose Queen, Rebekah, for writing to introduce herself in her new role. We continue to receive a wide variety of articles about both church and local community events and groups. If you attend any events or groups in July, please do consider writing a report to share with everyone. Please can all item for August’s edition be received by the slightly earlier deadline of Wednesday, 27 th July . Thank you. Our events posters section has been updated and includes a new poster from Debbie Summersgill with details of Mellor’s Summer Barbecue on Friday 15 th July. As always, everyone is welcome and tickets can be bought from members of Mellor Social Comm
