As always, we have news from so many areas of our United Benefice and we thank all our regular contributors for their articles. Advertisers  -  More Advertisers Dear Friends,     Please find attached your April edition of our United Benefice Magazine which, thanks to so many contributions, is once again bursting with church and community news from Balderstone, Mellor and Samlesbury. We are delighted to share with you our first article from L.A.M.B.S, our United Benefice Children’s Church Council, who have so many ideas on how to create the best church in the world!     This month’s edition includes invitations to prepare for confirmation, to attend your annual meeting of parishioners, to open up your garden for Balderstone’s Open Garden Month and to contribute to your community at Samlesbury’s monthly litter picks.      If you, or anyone you know, adults or young people from age 11 (Year 6) upwards are interested in preparing for confirmation, please simply reply to this email or contact Rev’d Karen.  Thank you.   The

We hope that you have all enjoyed a happy and peaceful Christmas and a very good start to the new year.   In January’s magazine, we are very pleased to share with you both reports and photos of December’s services and Christmas events and also details of upcoming dates for 2024.
