Please find attached your April edition of our United Benefice Magazine which, thanks to so many contributions, is once again bursting with church and community news from Balderstone, Mellor and Samlesbury. We are delighted to share with you our first article from L.A.M.B.S, our United Benefice Children’s Church Council, who have so many ideas on how to create the best church in the world! 

 

This month’s edition includes invitations to prepare for confirmation, to attend your annual meeting of parishioners, to open up your garden for Balderstone’s Open Garden Month and to contribute to your community at Samlesbury’s monthly litter picks.  

 

If you, or anyone you know, adults or young people from age 11 (Year 6) upwards are interested in preparing for confirmation, please simply reply to this email or contact Rev’d Karen. Thank you.

This month, we are very grateful to both Mellor Pharmacy and Hoze-It Power Cleaning Services, who have both renewed their adverts with us for a further twelve months. Our advert supplements also include an updated advert from Karina’s Crafty Creations.
