Advertisers More Advertisers

Dear Friends,

This month, as we share our magazine with you, we hope you will please reply to this email.

On page two of this magazine, in her Light Reflections, Rev’d Karen asks three questions about our church environments, our services and events and how the church can help in the wider community. Whether you’re on our mailing list because you attend church, because you are a wider local community member, because you have held a wedding or baptism with us or because you are one of our business advertisers, Rev’d Karen would love to know your thoughts and ideas to help to shape the future of our United Benefice. Please take a moment to respond to any or all of the questions if you can. Thank you.

The posters in February’s event supplement include ticket details for both the upcoming Village Quiz at Mellor St Mary CE Primary School on 23rd February and our United Benefice Ceilidh at Samlesbury War Memorial Hall on 23rd March.

Also included is a poster for a Pick and Praise Service on 3rd March, along with a new poster inviting members from all three churches to join Rev’d Karen for her weekly Book Of Common Prayer Services on Friday evenings.

It has been a busy month for advertisement renewals and we thank all our local businesses and hope you will continue to browse our advert supplements and return the support our community of advertisers have given to our United Benefice.

We are delighted to welcome both A&G Chimney Sweeps and Hoghton Village Vet as brand new business advertisers, this month. Thank you to Chris and Zoe for advertising with us.

This year, the family who run Bring Yer Wellies have changed their advert to introduce a new business venture, ‘The Retro Bungalow’.

Karina’s Crafty Creations shares a new advert inviting you to a Valentine Card Workshop on 10th February and a UV Resin Workshop on 9th March. Meanwhile, Barton Grange have updated their advert to invite you to their Primrose Festival, running from 3rd February to 3rd March.
