Dear Friends,

We are pleased to share with you the October edition of your United Benefice Magazine. Thank you, as always, to all those who have taken the time to contribute to this edition, especially our first time contributors, which include a recent wedding couple and two baptism families.

In mid-October, our three United Benefice Primary Schools are all holding their Open Days for visitors to view school. If you know anyone who will have a child ready to start Reception or Pre-School in September 2025, please share this magazine with them. Specific dates for Open Days for each of our three schools can be found within the magazine.

Similarly, please share this magazine with anyone who may be interested in volunteering at Mellor Brook Brownies, who are looking for new volunteers. Further details can be found on page 18 of this edition.
